Hello! My name is Ene (pronounced “N/A”). I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 21 years of diverse nursing experience, including work in acute psychiatric care, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).

My approach to mental health care is compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized. I believe in treating the whole person—not simply a diagnosis. My practice emphasizes holistic wellness, cultural sensitivity, collaboration, and patient-centered care, with the goal of creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and respected.

I support individuals navigating concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress, mood changes, and other mental health challenges while working collaboratively to develop treatment plans that reflect each person's individual needs and goals.

My approach working with adolescent, adult and geriatric client is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practice creating a therapeutic alliance built on trust and mutual respect, where clients feel safe to express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
