Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized experience in perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, fertility-related stress, identity shifts in motherhood, and the emotional challenges that can arise throughout the reproductive journey. In addition to perinatal work, I specialize in supporting teens, couples, individuals, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and major life transitions.
My approach to therapy is rooted in a systemic perspective, recognizing that our relationships, experiences, culture, and environments all play an important role in our well-being. Over the years, I have developed a diverse and integrative therapeutic style that draws from evidence-based practices while honoring each client’s unique story and strengths.
I strive to create a supportive, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, validated, and empowered. At the same time, I believe meaningful growth often requires gentle challenge, accountability, and intentional change. Whether we are working through past trauma, strengthening communication within a relationship, navigating adolescence, adjusting to parenthood, or managing everyday stressors, my goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and practical tools for lasting change.
