Great to meet you!

Accepting NEW Clients! Are you tired of feeling rushed through your appointments, or like no one is truly listening to you? As a compassionate and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am deeply committed to providing thoughtful, trauma-informed care to individuals and families across the lifespan. I believe in taking the time to understand your story and work with you to navigate life’s challenges with empathy and clarity. Whether you're facing a difficult transition, managing a long-standing mental health condition, or simply seeking support, I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space.

My approach to therapy

I have a special interest in treating individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and ADHD, conditions that can significantly affect daily life, relationships, and emotional well-being. I also support patients through postpartum mental health challenges, trauma recovery, and identity development, including those within the LGBTQ+ community.
