Great to meet you!

Over my behavioral health career, I have worked with diverse populations across clinical, corporate, educational, & community-based settings, including, disaster response settings, schools, social services, justice systems, emergency rooms, holistic birthing centers, homebased hospice & palliative care facilities. My personal life experiences and multifaceted professional experience provides a unique lens to helps provide care & resources that are systems-aware, & responsive to the full context of a person's life.

My approach to therapy

I meet everyone where they are at and work to integrate attention to mind, body, relationships, environment, & culture context to support the system of the whole being. My work is rooted in person-centered, trauma-informed & solution-focused care, while drawing from mindfulness-based therapies, along with holding a whole-person & systems-oriented perspectives. You will receive personalized care and services that are individualized & provided within the scope of my education, training, licensure, & professional experience. All modalities utilized are incorporated collaboratively, based on each client's goals & preferences.

What you can expect from me

Therapeutic services begin with getting to know each other along with a comprehensive intake and assessment process. As clinically appropriate, this may include standardized screening measures such as the PHQ-9, GAD-7, SDOH screening tools, AUDIT, and DUDIT to support clinical understanding and treatment planning.

Treatment goals are developed collaboratively, and a treatment plan is created to guide our work together. That plan is reviewed periodically and may be adjusted over time based on progress, clinical presentation, and each client’s evolving needs and goals.
