Living life feeling powerless in certain situations can feel overwhelming and debilitating.
I would like to be a part of the process to help you deal with issues such as anxiety,
depression, and PTSD so you can more fully enjoy life and those around you in a more
fulfilled capacity.
To help overcome emotional distress, I will gently and relatably work with you utilizing
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to empower you with the tools to help you enjoy life
again. During our time together it is my intention for you to experience empathy,
compassion and empowerment, to help you overcome these seemingly devastating
obstacles.
Currently, I am a LCSW and I enjoy working with adults from various walks of life.
Previously, I have worked with students, veterans, seniors, and young adults. I also
assist parents with evidenced based strategies to help with issues they are experiencing
with their children. Also, if you are a spiritual person, I have experience with pastoral
care as well.
