Great to meet you!

I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, men’s issues, life transitions, career stress, and emotional challenges connected to medical concerns or major changes in life. Many of the clients I support feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand but know are impacting their quality of life.

My goal is to provide a thoughtful, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring what’s beneath the surface while developing greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and confidence moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, insight-oriented, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. I primarily work psychodynamically while integrating CBT interventions and practical coping strategies when helpful.

Together, we’ll explore emotional patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve self-awareness, and work toward healthier ways of managing anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, and everyday life challenges.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a supportive space where we begin getting to know each other and discussing what challenges feel most important right now. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, what goals you hope to work toward, and what support would feel most helpful moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about the process ahead.
