Great to meet you!

Hello. I'm Eric! I'm a licensed psychotherapist who has several years of experience working with a diverse array of populations including the LGBTQIA+ community, people experiencing anxiety and depression, survivors of traumatic experiences, and people in recovery from substances. I also offer EMDR therapy. My hope for our work together is to help you reach your full potential in whatever way is most helpful for you. I look forward to meeting you and joining you on your journey!

My approach to therapy

I believe that for therapy to be effective there needs to be an authentic connection and sense of trust with the person in front of you. My clinical style is active and collaborative and is rooted in CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. My intent is to provide you with useful skills and tools that will promote sustainable personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In addition to useful skills and tools, I also hope to provide a nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered to express yourself fully and genuinely. We will collaborate on goals that will focus on supporting you to be the best you. This will be achieved by increasing insight and awareness into capitalizing on healthy and productive patterns while learning how to change unhelpful patterns. Feedback is always welcome.
