Great to meet you!

I specialize in addiction medicine, ADHD, and PTSD, and I bring a deeply compassionate, attentive, and nonjudgmental approach to every session. I know that many of the people I work with — especially men navigating sexual dysfunction or substance use — carry a great deal of shame and have been reluctant to seek help. I want you to know that this is a space where your story matters and where you will never be judged for it. I am genuinely interested in understanding who you are, not just your symptoms. Outside of the office, I recharge through hiking, exercise, and (if I'm being honest) an obsession with fishing — so I understand the value of finding what grounds you.

My approach to therapy

I take a thorough, detail-oriented approach to care because I believe that getting better starts with truly being heard. I take time to understand each patient's full story — their history, their struggles, and what matters most to them — before building a treatment path together. My style is warm and collaborative: I want patients to feel safe enough to share things they may have never said out loud before. Whether we're addressing ADHD, working through trauma, or tackling addiction, I stay attentive and adjust care as you evolve. I'm passionate about mental health because, unlike other areas of medicine, I get to really know my patients — and watching them improve is one of the most rewarding experiences of my career.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about you doing the talking and me doing the listening. I'll ask questions to understand your background, your current challenges, and your goals — and I'll do so without judgment, at your pace. Many of my new patients come in feeling shame or uncertainty about whether seeking help was the right call. I want to put that to rest quickly. By the end of our first visit, you should feel seen, have a clearer sense of what we'll work on together, and leave with confidence that you made the right decision reaching out.
