Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years in the mental health field and 16 years practicing therapy, I bring a wealth of experience to our work together. While I welcome clients of all ages, I specialize in supporting children and adolescents, with a standout focus on ADHD. When working with adults, my areas of expertise include navigating anxiety, processing grief, and building self-esteem. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where we can tackle these challenges together and help you or your child thrive.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is holistic, collaborative, and entirely non-judgmental. I strive to meet you exactly where you are today. Together, we will develop a personalized plan that moves you toward your goals. Creating an open, accepting environment is one of my greatest strengths and the core of my clinical practice.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, your comfort is my top priority. I will follow your lead—whether you prefer me to listen to your story or ask guiding questions to help us get acquainted. I am here to support you at your own pace. If you are ready to begin this journey, I invite you to reach out and schedule our first session together today.
