Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ball State University, where I was also a scholar-athlete. With over 15 years of social work experience, I have had the privilege of supporting adults, teens, and families across a range of diverse settings. My career has allowed me to engage deeply with the unique challenges and barriers faced by women, and I have seen firsthand how these factors impact mental health.

My approach to therapy

y approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities based on the unique needs of each individual. I believe in the power of a collaborative relationship, where the client and I work together to set goals and explore the underlying factors contributing to their struggles.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a deeper understanding of themselves and the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges. I aim to empower clients with practical strategies for managing stress, improving emotional regulation, and fostering healthier thought patterns. In addition to these skills, clients can expect to gain a sense of validation and support, knowing that they are in a space where their experiences are heard and respected.
