Great to meet you!

Do you find yourself trapped in endless "what if" questions, seeking certainty that never seems to last, or feeling overwhelmed by fears that others don't seem to understand? Whether you're struggling with OCD, severe anxiety, panic, intrusive thoughts, health anxiety, or difficult questions about meaning, purpose, faith, or existence, therapy can help you break free from the cycles that keep you stuck.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults experiencing OCD, anxiety disorders, and existential concerns. Many of my clients are intelligent, thoughtful people who have spent years trying to 'think' their way out of anxiety, only to find themselves increasingly exhausted and overwhelmed. I specialize in ERP and ACT for OCD, intrusive thoughts, health anxiety, panic, scrupulosity, and existential concerns. Rather than chasing certainty, we'll build skills to tolerate uncertainty and face fears. Together, we'll learn to stop feeding anxiety through reassurance and avoidance, build tolerance for uncertainty, and help you reconnect with the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing concerns. I'll ask questions about your current life situation, personal history, strengths, and goals so we can develop a plan tailored to your needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing openly. Together, we’ll begin identifying meaningful goals, so that you leave with a clearer sense of direction and most importantly: hope.
