Great to meet you!

For almost 15 years, I've walked alongside people through some of the hardest moments of their lives — whether that's anxiety that won't quiet down, depression that makes everything feel heavier, the aftermath of trauma, or the strain that pulls relationships apart. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering telehealth therapy to adults, couples, and families, and I believe deeply that healing happens in a space where you feel genuinely seen and never judged.

My approach is collaborative and evidence-based — drawing on tools like CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy — but the methods always come second to the relationship. Having worked across hospitals, emergency settings, college campuses, and private practice, I'm comfortable with everything from everyday stress to moments of real crisis.

Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don't have to have it all figured out before we begin. If you're ready to take that first step, I'd be honored to take it with you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen and never judged. My approach is collaborative — we set the pace together, and I meet you where you are rather than where anyone thinks you should be. I draw on evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy, but the methods always come second to the relationship we build. Whether you're carrying everyday stress or navigating something much heavier, my hope is that our work together becomes a steady, safe place to sort through it.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really just a chance for us to get to know each other — no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you're ready to. We'll talk about what brought you here, a bit about your history, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. I'll answer any questions you have about how I work, and together we'll start to map out where to go from here. Mostly, it's a chance to see how it feels to talk with me. Feeling comfortable with your therapist matters, and there's no rush.
