Hello! My name is Erica and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas. I am originally from MS, where I obtained both my Bachelor's and Master's Degree from Jackson State University. I have over 5 years of experience providing therapy services. I have worked with clients from a broad range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and anger management.
My counseling style is very empathetic and welcoming, yet direct and straightforward. I do believe in the freedom to express yourself without judgement. I also believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity. My approach focuses on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Emotionally-Focused Therapy.
