Great to meet you!

Hello & welcome! I am an integrative trauma therapist and I specialize in helping clients heal from complex trauma, single-incident trauma, relational trauma, and significant life transitions. I am trained in several modalities (EMDR, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, Somatic Therapy) to help clients heal in a way that honors their mind, body, and soul.

My style is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized to each client, with an emphasis on safety, insight, and emotional capacity-building. I strive to create a grounded, supportive space where clients can deepen self-understanding and move towards more connected, authentic lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized to each client, with an emphasis on safety, insight, and emotional capacity-building. I strive to create a grounded, supportive space where clients can deepen self-understanding and move towards more connected, authentic lives.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a warm, collaborative conversation focused on building rapport and establishing a sense of safety and trust. We will spend time getting clear on what brings you to therapy now, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important to focus on first. I help clients slow down and tune into what is most important in order to help increase clarity around their goals, and begin identifying what support and approaches may be most helpful moving forward. My aim is for clients to leave their first session feeling heard, grounded, and with a clear understanding of our work together.
