Hi there! I am a psychotherapist that has a passion for providing LGBTQIA, neurodiverse, and racial identity -affirming therapy services to my local community. I myself identify as a queer, neurodivergent, and South Asian American individual. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, based in Minnesota. I am trained in Basic Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Brainspotting (Phase I & II) therapies. I enjoy to approach These psychosomatic interventions can offer healing through the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, cravings, and other conditions.

My approach to therapy

I approach treatment and therapy through an affirming, trauma-informed, client-centered, attachment theory-based, psychodynamic, internal family systems/parts, somatic, emotion focused, radical self-compassionate, and harm-reduction lens. I would like to assist you in processing your emotions in a healthy manner and to assist you in learning the necessary skills to acquire new tools to make the changes you want in your life. I am passionate about helping individuals that struggle with trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety, fear, shame/guilt, grief/loss, life transitions, identity issues, and relationship concerns.

I provide a client-centered and strength-based approach, wherein I believe you have the best understanding of yourself. I want to meet you where you are at to help guide you to work towards resolving any problems that have been acting as barriers to your everyday life. Clients can expect to experience feeling in control of their healing journey, while I will be there to provide supportive and attuned tracking in therapy sessions.
