Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) trained provider dedicated to supporting adults through life's challenges and transitions. While I welcome clients seeking care for a wide range of mental health concerns, I have specialized expertise in maternal mental health, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infant feeding, and early parenthood. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate proven therapeutic approaches with specialized knowledge in perinatal mental health and lactation when relevant, ensuring care that is individualized and responsive to your goals. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal, grow, and thrive.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative, empowering process that helps you build confidence, develop practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, compassionate, and evidence-based, tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. While I work with adults navigating a wide range of mental health concerns and life transitions, I have a special passion for supporting mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding, changing family dynamics, and maternal wellness. As a mother of two boys, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to this work, offering guidance that is grounded in both lived experience and clinical training. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and equipped to build a balanced, resilient, and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to begin building a trusting, collaborative relationship and explore what brings you to therapy. We will take time to understand your experiences, concerns, strengths, and goals while creating a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we’ll identify areas of focus and discuss a personalized approach to care that aligns with your needs, values, and lifestyle. We will also review recommendations for ongoing support, therapeutic goals, and next steps so you feel informed, comfortable, and confident moving forward.

If you don’t see a date or time that works for you, please feel free to reach out via email.
