Great to meet you!

I am a licensed counselor with 9 years of experience, both in Idaho and in Washington. I completed my Master's Degree at Capella University, and worked for many years in community mental health, before moving in to private practice.

I have an integrative approach in therapy, utilizing elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment Based treatment approaches to build a unique intervention to address the whole individual.
