Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Doctor of Education with extensive experience providing mental health services to individuals, couples, and families across diverse backgrounds. My practice is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care, with a strong focus on helping clients navigate complex life transitions, heal from trauma, and strengthen emotional well-being.

I have worked with clients facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, relationship conflict, and family dynamics, autism, ADHD, personality disorders and immigration.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and psychoeducation, tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I create a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, identify patterns, and develop skills for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

My philosophy is to meet clients where they are and empower them to become active participants in their healing journey. I believe in addressing the whole person—mind, body, and environment—while equipping clients with practical tools to navigate challenges and achieve personal growth.

If you are seeking a therapist who is committed to your progress, attentive to your needs, and dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship, I welcome the opportunity to work with you.
