Great to meet you!

Hello—I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I received my Master’s degree from the University of Utah in 2009. I deeply believe in the value of seeking support—because being human means navigating both grief and gratitude, often at the same time.

There are seasons in life when we need additional support, and you don’t have to move through those alone. I strive in helping you reconnect with yourself, build self-trust, and make sense of what you’re carrying.

I specialize in women’s mental health, anxiety, betrayal trauma, divorce, grief, and loss.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, honesty, and collaboration. I value creating a space where you feel supported and understood, while also helping you build insight and tools that allow you to navigate your life with more clarity and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

We’ll start by creating space for you to share your story and what feels most important to you. Together, we’ll begin to make sense of where you are and what you’re hoping for. I value creating a warm, steady environment where you feel safe to be open, and from there, we’ll move forward at a pace that feels supportive and safe to you.
