Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, I believe that prioritizing mental health is key to leading a stable and fulfilling life. Seeking help is a vulnerable and courageous act so celebrate taking this step for yourself! I opened my private practice two years ago, but have 30 years of experience working with individuals, families and parents in a variety of roles and contexts.

My approach to therapy

Everyone is unique. There is no other you out there! Therefore, I take an individualized approach to each client, and we will work as curiosity partners in the therapeutic journey. It's important to me that we communicate openly and that you feel respected and cared for. I'll be there to listen deeply, ask guiding questions and offer suggestions for you to consider.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make your hopes for yourself become more of a daily reality.
