Great to meet you!

My practice focuses on supporting adults living with chronic mental health conditions, dementia, and the emotional challenges that can accompany complex medical concerns and life transitions.

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma related to sexual assault, and mental health concerns associated with chronic medical conditions. I also have extensive experience providing crisis intervention and short-term, solution-focused therapy for individuals navigating periods of significant emotional distress or change.

If you do not see any times available that meet your needs please message me or schedule a consult and we can arrange times that work for the both of us.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, person-centered, and grounded in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and respected. I believe therapy should be tailored to each person's unique experiences, strengths, needs, and goals. Whether someone is coping with a long-term mental health condition, adjusting to a medical diagnosis, supporting a loved one with dementia, or working through trauma or a crisis, I strive to provide practical support and meaningful therapeutic connection.

What you can expect from me

The overall goal of the first session is to begin developing trust and understanding while providing the client with an opportunity to share what brought them to therapy and what they hope to achieve through the therapeutic process.
