Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Erika Fales—and I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, but it’s such a meaningful first step. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just know something needs to shift, I offer a space where you can begin to reconnect with yourself, gently and at your own pace. I bring warmth, curiosity, and care into the therapy room, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your healing process.

My approach to therapy

I work from a somatic, relational, and Buddhist-informed perspective. That means I pay attention not just to your thoughts, but to the wisdom of your body—and we move at a pace that honors your nervous system. Our work may include mindfulness, movement, breath, or simply noticing what’s arising moment to moment. I also draw from psychodynamic and attachment-based theories, but my focus is always on what’s most helpful and meaningful for you.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I show up as a real person, not just a professional, and I work to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a gentle introduction. You’ll have space to share what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to explore, and any concerns you might have about the process. There’s no pressure to have all the answers—we’ll figure it out together. My goal is for you to leave that session feeling a little more grounded, and a little less alone. As we continue working together, we’ll deepen into the themes that matter most to you. I’ll offer reflections, tools, and compassionate challenge when it feels right, always with your consent and collaboration. This is your space to heal, to be human, and to come home to yourself.
