Great to meet you!

I understand mental health struggles personally, and I know healing is possible. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to support you through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions—so you can move beyond coping and begin to thrive.

You don’t have to go through this alone. Reaching out is a courageous first step, and I would be honored to support you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I am a psychotherapist in licensed in Texas, Ohio, and Maine, and my own journey with mental health has deeply shaped my compassionate and empathetic approach to care. I know firsthand the courage it takes to reach out for support, and I use that insight to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients.

In my practice, I integrate evidence-based approaches with genuine warmth, always tailoring therapy to meet each person’s unique needs. I am dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship difficulties, while also empowering them to build resilience and create more balanced, fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

My focus in the first session is to understand your priorities and begin building a collaborative plan that feels realistic and relevant to you. You won’t be pressured to share anything you’re not ready to disclose; we’ll move at a pace that feels safe. By the end of the session, you can expect a clearer sense of direction, at least one practical strategy to try, and a plan for next steps if we decide to continue working together.
