Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Therapist with over 11 years of experience helping young adults and women navigate anxiety, attachment and relationship challenges, life transitions, body image and disordered eating concerns, trauma, and trauma-driven patterns such as low self-worth, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-criticism and difficulty setting boundaries. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self. My goal is to help you feel understood while empowering you to create meaningful and lasting change.

The heart of my practice centers on women's emotional wellness and helping women navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, self-understanding, and resilience.

• Life transitions, identity shifts, and major changes

• Relationship and attachment challenges

• Self-esteem and self-worth concerns

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that lasting change comes from both understanding the root of your struggles and developing practical tools to navigate life more effectively. Together, we'll explore how your past experiences, relationships, and core beliefs may be influencing your current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while identifying meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.

I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you develop a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions while increasing psychological flexibility, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to strengthen emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I also draw from Attachment-Based, Relational, Interpersonal, Psychodynamic, and Solution-Focused approaches to better understand longstanding patterns, improve relationships, and foster lasting emotional growth.

Throughout our work together, you'll gain practical strategies for managing anxiety, reducing perfectionism and people-pleasing, strengthening self-worth, improving communication, setting healthy boundaries, and navigating life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling by thoughtfully incorporating Christian principles into the therapeutic process alongside evidence-based practices, supporting both emotional and spiritual healing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a therapist who is warm, genuine, and engaged in your healing journey. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow, and supported every step of the way.

I primarily work with young women, college students, and young professionals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, relationship challenges, body image concerns, perfectionism, people-pleasing, life transitions, and trauma-driven patterns. Together, we'll help you better understand yourself, build confidence, and create lasting change.

My style is both compassionate and practical. I'll help you understand the patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles while equipping you with evidence-based tools to manage anxiety, navigate relationships, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting change. Together, we'll celebrate your progress, work through setbacks with curiosity rather than judgment, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Above all, my goal is for you to leave therapy with a deeper understanding of yourself, greater confidence in your ability to handle life's challenges, and practical skills you can continue using long after our work together.
