Great to meet you!

I’m a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of challenges. My work includes helping clients navigate trauma, grief, loss, anxiety, adjustment concerns, life transitions, family conflict, and parenting challenges. I’m an easy-going therapist who takes a strength-based, client-centered approach, and I’m passionate about helping people of all ages feel supported as they work toward healing and a better quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Intergenerational Trauma Treatment, Strengthening Families, and Incredible Years. I believe therapy should help clients feel understood while also building practical tools for growth, resilience, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel heard, respected, and empowered. In our work together, we will focus on identifying strengths, processing challenges, and building skills to manage emotions, improve relationships, and move through life’s transitions with greater confidence. My goal is for clients to leave sessions with deeper insight, practical strategies, and a stronger sense of hope in their healing journey.
