Great to meet you!

Hi there! I help adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted reconnect with their strengths and build a life that feels more manageable. If you're feeling anxious, burned out, or unsure of the changes you want, you're not alone! I work with trauma, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and life's many transitions in a supportive and nonjudgmental way. I also focus on attachment-related stress and relationship patterns. My approach is client-centered and neurodiversity-affirming, and I lean towards a comfortable, casual conversation style of talk therapy (I’m not afraid to sprinkle in some humor and sarcasm, if that works for you!)

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe my style as supportive, solution-focused, and strengths-based! We create a space where you don’t have to mask, so you can explore your identity and make choices that feel right for you. I lean towards using models of Person-Centered Therapy, trauma-focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is about creating an open, validating space where you can explore, grow, and build confidence in yourself. Reaching out is the first step, I’d be happy to connect and talk about how we can work together!
