Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Erin and I'm a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Oregon. I am committed to helping clients learn how to increase confidence, learn how to build healthier relationships with new or long-standing partners. I believe in taking a collaborative approach in helping clients work towards their goals. I have worked in crisis intervention, de-escalation, grief, advocacy and therapeutic outpatient care on how to manage stress and anxiety specific to one's lifestyle and needs.

My approach to therapy

Through my graduate work, hands-on experience in both inpatient and outpatient programs, and my own lived experiences, I have developed a holistic approach that integrates various interventions and supports. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and safe to express their emotions and share their experiences.

What you can expect from me

In my practice, I prioritize validation and genuine connection with my clients. I believe that letting clients know they are not alone—that others have walked similar paths—helps foster trust and opens the door for deeper understanding. Grief is real, pain is undeniable, and relationships can be challenging. But with the right support and guidance, it is possible to navigate these difficulties and move forward with resilience and hope.
