Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience providing thoughtful, evidence-based therapy to individuals navigating a wide range of challenges. I completed my education and clinical training in New York before relocating to Oregon, drawn by the natural beauty and expansiveness of the Pacific Northwest. I feel grateful to call this community home. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), I specialize in trauma-competent care. Additionally, I have specialized training in motivational interviewing and in supporting clients who are involved with the legal system.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and strengths-based. I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities to tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and lived experience. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, anger, obsessive-compulsive disorder, mood instability, ADHD, personality disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and other life stressors and transitions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll share more about my training, background, and approach to therapy, while also learning about what brings you to treatment, your personal history, and the goals you hope to achieve. I strive to create a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard and respected, and I encourage you to move at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll conclude our initial meeting by collaboratively identifying goals and outlining clear, meaningful objectives to guide our work together.
