Great to meet you!

Congratulations on taking the initial step towards accomplishing your wellness goals. As a board certified LCSW-C in both Maryland and Virginia, I believe taking care of your emotional health is a vital part of living a peaceful and centered life. My passion is working with adults who struggle with anxiety disorders, depression and grief through the use of compassionate and grounding interventions.

My approach to therapy

My style is nonjudgmental, gentle and authentic. I use a variety of techniques tailored to individual needs including mindfulness skills, cognitive-behavioral and strength-based approaches to build on the skills you already have. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders through emotional regulation and grounding, increasing trust in themselves and the world around them.

What you can expect from me

During the initial session I will complete an assessment which includes reviewing personal history, and the nature of goals you want to work on. I will then tailor my clinical skills to meet your needs. My style is empathetic and non-biased, providing a compassionate, safe atmosphere for you to share. Together we will navigate your journey towards wellness.
