Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical social worker with experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in both outpatient and higher levels of care. I especially enjoy working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the effects of past difficult or traumatic experiences. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals and am passionate about providing affirming care where clients can openly explore identity, relationships, and other life experiences. I strive to create an inclusive, nonjudgmental space where people from all backgrounds can feel comfortable being themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches while tailoring therapy to each person’s individual needs. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I want therapy to feel like a space where you can explore what you’re experiencing without judgment or pressure.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin identifying what you would like to work on in therapy. I’ll ask about what brings you to therapy, your background, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don’t need to have everything figured out beforehand—we’ll work together to determine what feels most helpful moving forward.
