Great to meet you!

I work with individuals across the lifespan whether it is stepping into adulthood through college, embracing the journey of parenthood, entering recovery from addiction, transforming your experience of chronic pain, or adjusting to other new life stages and identities. I believe that times of change, while often overwhelming, are also powerful opportunities for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

Like the willow tree—strong, flexible, and deeply rooted—I strive to help you navigate life’s changes with resilience, clarity, and compassion. I offer a collaborative and affirming space where you can deepen self-understanding, build inner strength, and move forward with greater confidence. I believe that every person has the capacity to change, grow, and create a more meaningful life. I offer supportive, affirming space where healing and transformation are possible. Grounded in evidence-based therapies and mindful presence, I walk alongside clients as they build resilience, uncover inner strengths, and move toward greater clarity, connection, and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based therapies with a mindful, person-centered presence, grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported in exploring deeper questions of meaning and purpose. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you connect with your values and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling, even alongside pain. With EMDR, we gently process and release the impact of trauma, making space for new perspectives and growth. Through mindfulness-based practices, you’ll learn to cultivate awareness and steadiness, meeting each moment with calm and clarity.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
