Great to meet you!

Sometimes the hardest part isn't the pain itself. It's feeling like you should have figured it out by now. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating depression, grief, loss, and the particular weight that women often carry through life's transitions. With more than six years in private practice and a background spanning both inpatient and outpatient care, I've sat with people facing a wide range of experiences, from everyday stress to profound loss. Clients often describe our sessions as a place where they finally feel like they can exhale.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is built on collaboration rather than a fixed plan. We look closely at what's happening in your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and we move toward real shifts you can feel in your everyday life. Whether you're moving through grief that doesn't follow a schedule, managing depression that makes simple things feel impossibly heavy, or searching for steadiness after a major transition, we work at your pace and toward goals that actually feel like yours. I'm especially drawn to working with women and adolescents navigating these crossroads, and the people who tend to find our work most meaningful are those who are ready to look inward, even when that feels uncertain.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a conversation. I'll invite you to share what brought you in, what life looks like for you right now, and anything from your story that helps me understand you more fully. We'll also start talking about what you'd like to work toward, whether you have clear goals or are still figuring out what you need. Together we'll begin building a sense of direction. If any of this resonates, I'd love to connect. Reach out and let's find a time to talk.
