Great to meet you!

I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fitchburg State University and am a licensed therapist in both Maine and Massachusetts. I work with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, increased stress, relationship and family challenges, identity exploration, and uncertainty about what comes next.

I am particularly passionate about supporting young adults who may be adjusting to a new chapter in life, questioning their direction, or feeling stuck even when, on paper, things seem like they should be going well. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself, feel supported, and explore what is important to you without judgment.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build confidence and self-trust, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful and authentic to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from CBT, motivational, and strengths-based approaches to help you better understand patterns, build self-trust, and develop tools that fit your life. We'll work together to identify what matters most to you and make changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space for you to share what’s bringing you in at your own pace. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your current experiences, history, and goals, but there’s no pressure to tell your whole story at once. We’ll begin building a sense of what you need from therapy and how I can support you. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and a bit clearer about next steps.
