I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in addiction medicine, bringing years of specialized training to the full spectrum of mental health care. I see clients ages 10 and up, with a focus on ADHD, anxiety, and addiction medicine — because getting better often means getting to the actual root of what's going on, not just the surface symptoms. I take time in every session to understand your full picture. I offer telehealth appointments in Maryland, with availability designed to fit around real life.

Before reaching for a prescription, I want to understand what's actually driving your symptoms — whether that's anxiety masking as ADHD, or stress showing up as something else. I'll share my thinking before we wrap up, and we'll leave with a clear direction together. No rushing, no assumptions — just a real conversation about what could actually help.
