I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Integrative Treatment of Complex Trauma for Adolescents (ITCT-A), psychodynamic psychotherapy, grief work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, helping clients understand patterns rooted in the past while building practical tools for the present.
