Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with thoughtful, insight-oriented adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and persistent inner patterns that don’t shift with surface-level approaches.

My style is relational, intuitive, and depth-oriented. Together, we slow things down and listen beneath the surface—so the patterns you’ve been living with can begin to reorganize from the inside out.

My approach to therapy

I focus on understanding the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate—to yourself and others.

In our work, we slow things down and pay attention to what’s happening beneath the surface. This may include exploring different parts of you, noticing emotional and nervous system responses, and working with experiences that haven’t yet been fully processed.

My work is informed by psychodynamic and relational therapy, parts work (IFS-informed), EMDR, mindfulness, and neurobiology.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space where you feel met, understood, and able to speak openly without pressure or performance.

Our first session is also an opportunity for us to get a sense of what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for from therapy, and whether my approach feels like a good fit for your needs and goals.

As we get to know your inner world more deeply, our work becomes more focused and specific to you. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing and begin to shift the patterns that keep you stuck. Many clients leave sessions with greater clarity, along with practical ways of relating to themselves and their lives differently between sessions.
