My practice focuses on creating a safe place for you to begin or continue your process of healing. I have had several years of experience working with people who have issues with mental illness, substance abuse, and complex trauma. I use an eclectic approach that is client centered, and enjoy using EMDR, Gestalt, and existential modalities.
