Obtained my MEd degree in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University Teachers College, magna cum laude, and have been practicing since 2009.

I see clients in Evergreen CO, Raleigh NC, and via Telehealth. Specializing in trauma, mood disorders (anxiety, depression, bipolar, etc), substance abuse and addiction, eating disorders, and general life stress.

I am certified in psychedelic therapy and provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) both virtually and in office.

What is your approach to therapy?

Multi-faceted treatment approach, focusing on psychedelic-assisted therapy, cognitive-behavioral, psychoanalytic, existential, motivational enhancement, mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

What can clients expect from their first session with you?
