Great to meet you!

***PLEASE NOTE THAT AVAILABILITY IS EXTREMELY LIMITED AT THIS TIME***

Hello! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Erin, a clinical social worker / therapist in Durham, NH, helping individuals and their families seek healing and growth. If you’re feeling stuck, tired, or simply unsure of what to try next, you’re in the right place! I believe that change happens when we gather, collectively, and work together to make a plan that feels best for you.

I have clinical experience working with children, teens, and adults on a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, obsessions and compulsions, interpersonal challenges, and negative self-image. I utilize approaches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

My approach to therapy

My approach is a human-first and person-centered hybrid of multiple modalities which are tuned to the needs and desires of each client. I strive to personalize your therapy experience through intentional treatment planning. My personality is personal, compassionate, and genuine, and I use a healthy amount of sarcasm and humor (when appropriate).

What you can expect from me

Each person’s therapy experience will look a bit different; however, there are certain aspects of the process that will remain the same for each person! To start, you will complete paperwork and attend an intake appointment, where I’ll learn more about you and what you’re looking for. Then, we’ll create a treatment plan that reflects your wishes for therapy. We will meet in-person or via telehealth every 1-2 weeks and monitor progress along the way!
