Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or caught in the same patterns, especially in your relationships or sense of self, you’re not alone.

Hi! I’m Erin, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), and current PsyD student. I offer therapy in both English and American Sign Language, and I specialize in working with individuals, teens, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, identity stress, and relational patterns that no longer serve them.

I bring a somatic and systemic lens to my work, honoring how our bodies carry the stories of our past, our culture, and our connections. Whether you’re dealing with perfectionism, insecure attachment, or just feeling out of sync with yourself, I offer a space that is steady, collaborative, and compassionate.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to slow down, notice what’s happening inside, and stay with ourselves, with care, not judgment. My approach is collaborative, curious, and grounded in the body’s wisdom. I integrate Somatic Experiencing, parts work (IFS), and cognitive tools to support clients in understanding how past experiences and protective patterns show up in the present. Together, we’ll explore not just what’s difficult, but also what’s possible, making space for more ease, clarity, and connection in your life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space that’s warm, real, and never performative. I show up with authenticity, attunement, and the occasional laugh, because healing doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. Together, we’ll explore the protective patterns that helped you get this far, while creating space for more ease, connection, and clarity. I support you in noticing what your body and nervous system are holding, so you can move through life with a little more breath and choice. Between sessions, I may offer simple practices or reflections to help the work stick in your day-to-day life.
