Call me Remi. I have been working with individuals and families for over 10 years. I am a first-generation immigrant and I am passionate about family and cultures that we are actively creating. I can collaborate with other healthcare professionals, integrate complementary therapies, or address systemic factors that impact clients' well-being. I have a diverse background and an open mind.

My approach to therapy

I Encouraging clients to identify their strengths, values, and preferences empowering them to take an active role in their healing journey. My holistic/Humanistic approach means I consider the clients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual parts in the assessment and treatment process. Addressing the interconnectedness I can provide more integrated care that acknowledges the complexity of our experience.
