Great to meet you!

As a mental health counselor, I want you to know that my work is grounded in compassion, presence, and a deep respect for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I bring years of experience walking alongside individuals, teens, and adults who are navigating seasons of transition, stress, grief, anxiety, or a desire for greater authenticity in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My background includes formal clinical training as well as spiritual and pastoral formation, allowing me to integrate evidence-based therapeutic approaches with the hope, meaning, and grounded wisdom that spiritual work can offer. I hold advanced graduate training in both counseling and pastoral care, and I’ve dedicated my career to supporting clients who are seeking clarity, healing, or a renewed sense of direction.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where you’re able to share at your own pace as we explore what brings you in and what you hope to gain from counseling. My focus is on building trust and creating a grounded, non-judgmental environment, helping you feel understood and supported from the start. Together, we’ll begin clarifying your goals, identifying the patterns or stressors in your life, and setting a direction for your healing process so you leave with a sense of partnership, clarity, and steady support.
