Great to meet you!

I believe that emotions need language. When emotions are not understood or named, they often appear as reactions such as anger, frustration, or anxiety. In therapy, I help clients identify the emotions beneath the surface and develop the vocabulary to express them. When emotions can be named, they can be understood and managed. As the saying goes: name the emotion to tame the emotion.

My approach to therapy

Many people struggle not because they feel too much, but because they don’t have the language to understand what they feel.Therapy is not just about solving problems—it’s about becoming the person you want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time exploring what led you to seek therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, emotional patterns, and the areas of life that feel most challenging right now. Many clients find that even the first session helps them begin to see their situation with more clarity and perspective.
