As a licensed psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work with eight years of mental health experience, and six years of clinical experience, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals through their healing and growth journeys. My professional background includes working with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse settings from outpatient mental health clinics to private practice where I’ve specialized in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and grief.
What truly drives my work is creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive space where each client feels valued and understood. I understand that seeking therapy is a vulnerable and courageous step, and I honor that by showing up with empathy, presence, and genuine care. I bring both professional expertise and a personal passion for helping people reconnect with their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward the life they envision for themselves.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I primarily use evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. I also draw from grief therapy and trauma-informed principles to ensure that clients feel emotionally and physically safe throughout the therapeutic process.
I believe therapy works best when we work together as partners. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to offer tools, guidance, and support that help you access your own resilience and clarity. Whether we’re unpacking a painful past experience, working through current stressors, or building new habits, I strive to cultivate an empowering environment where healing and growth can take place at your pace.
Therapy sessions are currently offered during the following office hours: Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a daily lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work toward replacing them with healthier thoughts, behaviors, and coping strategies. My goal is for you to not only gain insight into yourself but also to develop concrete skills that you can apply outside of therapy whether it’s managing anxiety, building boundaries, processing trauma, or simply finding more ease in daily life.
Above all, you can expect a relationship built on trust, compassion, and mutual respect. My hope is that each session becomes a step toward greater self-awareness, emotional freedom, and alignment with your values and goals.
