Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a graduate of Frontier Nursing University, with over 11 years of nursing experience and one year of advanced clinical training across outpatient psychiatry, crisis stabilization, inpatient detoxification, skilled nursing facilities, and telehealth. I provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar and mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, substance use disorders, and psychotic disorders, including complex and co-occurring presentations. My clinical background includes crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, stabilization, and long-term outpatient care focused on functional improvement and sustained recovery.

My approach to therapy

Inspired by the strength, individuality, and potential of the next generation, I deliver care with the intention of supporting focus, stability, healing, and long-term well-being for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Treatment is collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally competent, and tailored to each individual, with an emphasis on education, consistency, and genuine human connection.

What you can expect from me

I believe effective psychiatric care begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. I provide evidence-based treatment in a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals and families can explore challenges, build insight, and work toward lasting stability and growth. Medication management is guided by evidence, safety, and long-term outcomes.Prescribing practices prioritize transparency and shared decision-making.
