Great to meet you!

Working in the field for 23 years has opened my eyes and ears to many experiences. While your life experience is unique, we will work together to find ways to get you to your best life. I have worked in a hospital setting, inpatient mental health, outpatient mental health, PHP, IOP, Dual Diagnosis, rehab, residential treatment and community settings to a variety of clients in various backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy and this means I may shift modalities during session. While most sessions are talk therapy sessions, they can easily shift to using the modalities of art, music, reading or writing to help open the door to your next level of healing.

What you can expect from me

You will take away a new perspective and lease on your life. There will be work to do in each session, some easy and some difficult, but all pointing towards the goal of a better you!
