Great to meet you!

I am Dr. Esther Shadare. Most of my patients call me "Dr. S, Dr. E, or Dr. Shadare (Sha-Dah-Ray)" - whichever works best for you without feeling embarrassed trying to say my name correctly. My mission is to enlighten others about mental health and to reduce the stigma associated with psychiatric disorders. In my world, caring for “DEPRESSION” is just as important as caring for “HYPERTENSION”. My journey thus far brought me to my professional slogan: “My Career, My Life, My Calling, My Ministry.”

My approach to therapy

I am ALWAYS patient-centered. I evaluate a personal based on EVERYTHING in the person's life. I don't deal with symptoms alone. I approach in a holistic manner; that is, physical health status, financial status, family history, etc.

What you can expect from me
