Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward better mental health can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. I am Dr. Ete Kwegang, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, patient-centered care for adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions. Whether you're navigating a new challenge or managing a long-term condition, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and hopeful every step of the way.

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy where you feel heard, respected, and involved in your treatment decisions. My goal is not only to treat symptoms but to help you build lasting wellness.

While providing care to individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs, if faith is important to you, I am happy to incorporate Christian values into your care when requested. Together, we'll work to improve your mental health, build resilience, and help you live a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe the best outcomes come from truly listening and working together to create a treatment plan that reflects your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, I strive to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing your story without fear of judgment. I take the time to understand not just your symptoms, but the whole person, so we can develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and values. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions, and together we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication, psychotherapy, lifestyle recommendations, or other supportive resources.

My goal is for you to leave your first appointment feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, with a clear plan for your care and next steps.
