Great to meet you!

With 14 years of experience spanning medical and psychiatric care, I have developed a comprehensive clinical foundation that informs my approach to patient care. My encounters across these diverse settings have deepened my understanding of the complexities of mental health and strengthened my commitment to supporting individuals with compassion and evidence‐based practice. I remain dedicated to promoting mental wellness, improving access to care, and delivering patient‐centered treatment.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals using a patient‐centered, non‐judgmental, and compassionate approach that prioritizes safety, trust, and collaboration. My practice incorporates an integrative model, offering both medication management and psychotherapy to support a wide range of mental health needs, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, ADHD, schizophrenia, and other related conditions. I provide care for adolescents through adulthood and am committed to treatment that empowers each person to achieve meaningful and sustainable wellness.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, my patients can expect a welcoming, patient‐centered environment focused on understanding their concerns, history, and goals. I take time to gather a thorough clinical and psychosocial assessment, discuss current symptoms, and explore what support feels most helpful to them. This visit also includes an overview of treatment options—such as medication management, psychotherapy, or a combination of both. My goal is to ensure patients feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning.
