Great to meet you!

If you're experiencing anxiety, depression, major changes/transitions, grief, and various other mental health issues, I may be able to help. I have a special interest in assisting with spiritual challenges and transformations. LGBTQIA folks are welcome! I am in level-2 training in Hakomi (a mindfulness-based somatic therapy) and intensively trained in DBT.

If things are hard, and you have even just a little hope, reach out to me :)

My approach to therapy

I help clients identify a source of wisdom and wellness within themselves. I offer warmth, honest human connection, and my own experience-based understanding of the mind from two decades of meditation practice. Anyone who is looking for a path out of suffering is welcome.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel heard and to have a growing sense of self-understanding, acceptance, and skill in navigating life's challenges.
