Hi, I’m Etosha! I strive to provide a safe, empowering space where we can work together on what matters most to you and the goals you’d like to focus on in therapy.
I draw from CBT, DBT, narrative, and somatic approaches, depending on what feels most helpful for you. I strive to create a supportive environment where you can feel safe exploring life’s more difficult challenges.
We can take things one step at a time. This might include working on boundaries, building self-esteem, and finding better ways to cope with tough emotions. When you're ready, we can also explore past experiences and what healing could look like for you.
